Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions set out the specific terms that govern the above promotion and apply in addition to any terms of sale in-store and in addition to our Privacy Statement (https://www.adidas.com.sg/privacy_policy).

1. Offer is valid from 27 July 2025 to 3 August 2025 inclusive (Promotion Period).
2. Offer is valid only for healthcare professionals registered with the MOH Holdings (MOHH). To redeem the offer, healthcare professionals must EITHER
   
   
   1. present their staff pass from their MOHH-recognised healthcare institutions and organisations / healthcare-related institution / non-healthcare institution listed on MOHH’s official list of eligible institutions and organisations provided to brand partners of Power of Care Week 2025;
   
   OR
   
   
   2. if lacking a staff pass, to present a valid Power of Care Week 2025 Verification Letter with MOHH’s letterhead and the relevant MOHH-recognised healthcare institution / healthcare- related institution / non-healthcare institution’s organisation stamp, at the point of sale for verification.
   
   adidas’ retail staff retain full and final discretion in verifying the healthcare professionals’ proof of staff identification.

4. Offer is valid across full-priced products only. Full-priced items will receive 20% off their RRP. While stocks last.
5. Offer is not valid for HYPE products, Statement products and adidas’ collaboration products with other brands. Other exclusions may also apply. Please speak to our retail staff for more information on excluded products.
6. Offer is not redeemable for cash and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. No discounts, vouchers or discount codes (including adiClub vouchers or codes) may be used. Stacking of adiClub vouchers or codes with the in-store discount is not allowed.
7. Offer is not valid on www.adidas.com.sg, on the official Singapore version of the adidas App, at third party retailers of adidas products or at any retail stores other than those set out above. This offer cannot be redeemed against prior purchases. Offer can be redeemed multiple times throughout the Promotion Period.
8. All items returned in line with the returns policy will be refunded at the transaction cost. Discounts will not be applied to repurchases made after the end of the Promotion Period, which will be at the prevailing advertised price at the time of repurchase.
9. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, adidas Singapore Pte. Ltd. (adidas) (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any death, personal injury, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity and whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) suffered or incurred by any person (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) arising in any way out of or in connection with:
   1. this promotion;
   2. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; or
   3. the cancellation or rescheduling of this promotion.
10. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including as a result of any causes beyond the control of adidas which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, safety or proper conduct of this promotion, adidas reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any applicable law.
11. adidas has the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify or prohibit from participating in the promotion any individual who adidas believes has engaged, has attempted to or intends to attempt to engage, in conduct that annoys, abuses, threatens, or harasses any other participant or any representative of adidas.
12. Each customer who participates in this promotion must comply with these Terms and Conditions. By participating in this promotion each customer agrees to indemnify and to keep indemnified, adidas (including its officers, employees and agents) in relation to all loss and damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) by adidas as a direct or indirect result of the customer acting inconsistently with or breaching any part of these Terms and Conditions.
13. adidas reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. The amended Terms and Conditions shall take effect when they are published and displayed at our retail point-of-sale counters.
14. adidas reserves the right to change, limit or cancel this promotion at any time.
15. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or modifies any applicable consumer rights at law.
16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and all parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
